Great atmosphere, drinks, and food to be enjoyed at Kyo. For shared apps, we had Miso Asparagus, Gyoza, and Edamame: The Asparagus dish and it's sauce was particularly good!! House-made ramen bowls came next: Tonkasu and Yusu Miso. The guys had full bowls and my wife had a half-bowl which hit the spot. Warm Sake to sip rounded off the meal! Next time I go, I think I'd try the Sake flight, and perhaps a special cocktail which look extremely well-prepared and tasty. Did I mention the live jazz trio (on Thurs.) playing in the open-window area at the front? - Very nice touch!

I LOVE this place. The cocktails are amazing, the food is delicious, but the vibes are the best. It's so chill and the inside is beautiful. The service is spectacular. If anybody asks me where to go downtown, I always suggest Kyo!

Good choices of menu. Price a bit too high and the portion is a bit too small. The noodle is homemade . Tantammen’s meet us too crispy and texture is almost ash. I wish that they kept the nice chewiness of meat. I liked the spiciness of it, though. Also, tonkotsu ramen’s pork was too fatty that you cannot eat most of the part of a piece.. The service was great and so was the atmosphere

Wooow! I went here with my friends during our vacation and we were all super happy! The staff ist just brilliant: Friendly, helpful and attentive. The first thing they told us is that they have a new menu. As a vegan I love when vegan meals are clearly marked, which they are. And there are plenty! My favorites were the edamame (they make them with chili/sesame oil and garlic) and the miso tofu don. The food seems very authentic, too. And the atmosphere is nice!

We came early on a Thursday with our 3 young kids. They accommodated our family beautifully. The kids loved their special drinks. The adult cocktails were very good. Food was delicious! A jazz band was warming up and we were told that every Thursday night jazz starts at 7p!

The atmosphere here is fantastic! From the hand-drawn art on the windows and the beautiful tableware, to the friendly service. Of course, the most important thing is that the food and cocktails here are also amazing. I will definitely come back.

Awesome spot, very cozy and cool atmosphere inside, drinks were very exciting and interest. I had the earl gray and scotch cocktail, as well as mushroom gyoza split between our group and then the grilled eel dish with pork belly added. Great food, very attentive and helpful server; when one of our drinks was a bit too strong tasting they added in a bit of simple syrup to even it out. Fair price for the quality of the food and drink that they make.

10/10 food, 10/10 service, 100000/10 cocktails. Every cocktail we ordered was amazing, service was super friendly and very attentive and food was fantastic. We ordered the Japanese pickles, scallops, squid skewers, gyoza and miso asparagus. All unreal. This is a premium place, very highly recommend.
